"We were a hundred guests and we enjoyed the banquet that m. claude joseph concocted us. a pig girl with lentil raised from tarragon woke us up the papillae as a mouthy lover. followed by a delicious broccoli galantine with duck foie gras and seasonal saladines service with a soral scheurebe. then a leman's faea net with saffron pistils that we would have wanted a little less cooked served with a thierry huntlas durand in Mont-sur-Rolle. The calves of the country's calfskin with the cream of the bots have delighted us. an excellent idea of presentation and perfect cooking. to accompany the calf an absolute red from kursner to fechy. followed the gruyère and the Mont-d'Or cowrin, then a perfect raspberry ice. Thanks to claude joseph for his performance."
