"The burger was absolutely horrible! The bun was stall and cool to touch like it was lightly toasted and set aside for a hour) the burger patty was luke warm and the juice left a gross flavour in my mouth. I will NEVER eat here again!!!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"This Pita Pit is a definite pass on cleanliness, service and value for money. The kiosk is a mess, veggies and crumbs everywhere, fingerprints all over the glass and 2 older ladies work here and at the burger place next door it seems. I ask for a gluten free pita and the lady asks me why I want gluten free, I say because I can 't eat gluten. She raises her voice and asks me if 'it 's by choice or am I sick '. I say, my choice because I 'm sick, and ask her to keep it away from wheat please. So, out comes the frozen pita. I order a chicken caesar and the two ladies start talking about whether its gluten free or not, not inspiring much confidence here. Meanwhile, my pita is placed on the counter where all the other wheat pitas have been and the preparation of the pita begins. The lady tears open the side and the top of the frozen pita completely, puts in the chicken and veggies and tries to wrap it up, even though there is no longer a pocket in the pita. All the filling is oozing out and it gets all over her gloves, but she wraps it up anyway. It 's such a mess she hands it to me and I get a hand full of sauce simply from touching the paper- I ask for another one. The lady gives me a sour look and goes to get another pita. Instead of starting again, she unwraps the pita and begins to remove the filling and puts hands full of it in the new pita and wraps it up. I get a $10 wrap with squished lettuce, sauce on the outside (same gloves were used) and about 3 pieces of chicken. Such a mess this pita was, looked like I pulled it out of the trash can and most certainly not worth the cost. Won 't return."

"Need to change procedures. Why does Tim Hortons ANYWHERE never give napkins with food orders? I have been to Tim Hortons locations throughout Ontario and it is always the same……never have I received napkins with any food order. It really is common sense that people...need napkins particularly when taking out!!! People should not always have to ask."

"Don’t go if you worry about food safety, hygiene, and Covid Ordered online with the app and we arrived and were told they didn’t have confirmation of an order from us and I showed proof of the order and payment. I was fine with...the wait since I work in food service as a manager myself and know how frustrating these things are. I came back in alarmed to find the worker was holding a phone which he then passed to his coworker and he did not wash his hands and he proceeded to make food. This coworker he had, she wore her face mask below her mouth and when she ended the call, she pulled up her mask and continued packaging our food without washing her hands! I was so startled and alarmed at this pure lack of hygiene and Covid laws. We ended up throwing away most of the food from the worry. Not. Ok. Hero. Certified. Burgers. At. All. Am taking this further with corporate and seeing what can be done."

"Stopped to have lunch. It was pretty empty but a waitress ignored us for 15 minutes. She was just busy with some of her own stuff. Nobody approached us.Then we just left.I would be happy to say something about their food but unfortunately I didn't have any chances to taste it.Ridiculously low level of service! I mean, no service at all!"
