"We have never been in the fujiyama in herford and wanted to try it out and give it a chance. When we arrived in the restaurant, it was amazingly full of breaks (must have been on Valentine's Day). we had reserved, but the table choice was a bit difficult. the servicedame has not given us a table, we should choose one ourselves. there was still a single one left, which was squeezed at the back of the restaurant to a corner of the sushi flow band - one sat almost shouldered at shoulder with his sitting neighbors. we decided to wait a moment until a usable table was released. When we finally sat there, we got our drinks quite flotted. it must be said that the operation in the round is quite okay and friendly - if you have luck and it is there. in the evening, our empty tellers stacked themselves on the table, because nobody came by and cleaned up. At some point, there was no more space on our table, so we simply put our tellers on the side table, where the old plate towers of the previous guests (was already gone) were stacked. we could watch all night that simply no abandoned table has been cleansed or cleansed.Back to eating: at first we sat there for a long time and stared at the almost empty flow band. sometimes an orange disc came past, or cold chickenwings, which already ran the felt 25th round. the kitchen obviously could not quickly provide enough for refreshment, which really does not go in the view of the full restaurants and the time of the clock (approximately 19 hrs).Hin and again there seemed to be a small light look: there was actually a series of new sushi or hot freshly fritted snacks past, whereupon all the guests who have been waiting for usable food for ever. we always felt comments from the guests at the surrounding tables, which were not very enthusiastic.What was offered on the flow band was not very high quality and the diversity left too much to be desired. a lot of finished TK goods, warm sushi of inferior quality, can fruit, ice on the stem of lidl. no nudge, no sweet. the meat selection was very limited. Problematic is here also that there is only one band on which cold and warm dips drive simultaneously. in other restaurants, 2 days are offered, on which cold and hot meals then run separately. Overall, the restaurant could be cleaner. the flow band should also be given more attention in this regard. Some of the foods have fallen from the teller, then drove a round, and suddenly they were again lying on the teller, as if someone had put them back in the kitchen.In these circumstances, I honestly did not dare to eat sushi with raw fish, and I left on the other snacks. At some point, we had no more lust to wait for some useful food to appear on the flow band. we didn't want to break a dispute from the fence, so we have paid involuntary and left. we will not come back indefinitely. 17 euro per person for this miserable experience is really not appropriate.We are great fans of running sushi and have already visited top-class restaurants in bochum or hamburg. these are absolutely not to compare with fujiyama in herford. if you put on a great running sushi experience, then please avoid other shops, even if the approach takes a little longer."

"I think the rating of 4.1 stars at about 1700 reviews is fair and justified. The location is very good. Corona precautions are taken. The evening buffet is rich and the taste or quality in the good environment. The sushi was not ours now, and a hair was found in food, but we had a nice evening. The buffet has something for everyone and the prices are fine considering that you can eat so much you want."
