"Ist schon seltsam, welche Schätzchen man finden kann, wenn man einfach mal so durch den Harz cruist - dieses Mal ohne Familie, aber dafür mit ein paar Freunden mit dem Bike.Nette Bedienung, gutes günstiges Essen, Unterkünfte in verschiedenen Kategorien. Nur Stromanschluss ham se nich, den müssen sie sich selber machen :-) Richtig romantisch.Und für uns Altbiker gabs sogar eine ganz eigene Lodge mit Bar und Küche und so.Aber zurück zum Thema Familie:Die Odertaler Sägemühle liegt in einem idyllischen Talabschnitt der Harzer Oder. Wasser gibts, Wiesen gibts, Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kiddies also reichlich vorhanden. Und dann teilt sich das Ensemble in mehrere Häuser. Man kann eine Villa mieten, ein riesengroßes Blockhaus, die Bikers Lodge und noch ein paar mehr Gebäude, deren Namen ich mir nicht gemerkt habe.Direkt neben der Sägemühle beginnt der Oderstausee. Da kann man bootfahren, baden, oder einfach mal mit dem Rad drum herum fahren.Selbstversorgung geht auch, aber das muss man bei den moderaten Preisen des Restaurants gar nicht. Kinder bekommen auch ihre Spezialwünsche erfüllt (wurde mir vresprochen). Ich werde es dann nächsten Sommer mal ausprobieren und die Villa buchen. Die hat einen geilen Kamin. Holz gibts gratis dazu :-)Macht weiter so, Ihr Sägemüller oder soll ich sagen Säge-Fischers?Bert aus dem schönen Berlin"

"Were in the januar 2023 for wild animal feed and had luck that 3 brains came. eating is natural, the service is very good. price is correct. we like to eat again: dinner: 4 service: 5 atmosphere: 4 recommended dishes: currywurst pommes frites, wildgulasch"

"The hotel is not very welcoming from the outside. The entrance area then welcomes to surprise very friendly and clean. The breakfast room and the hallways look at the age, but the squeaking of the floors even has a certain charm. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and tidy and apparently had undergone a basic renovation not too long ago. The breakfast buffet is rich and affordable. The breakfast room has also come in the years; which also has a certain charm."
