"Paris Go! had a comprehensive menu, with French traditional favourites and modern options. On the modern side the goats cheese ravioli was excellent, a vegetable tart was delicious, and the fish and scallop main course dish was perfectly cooked. For traditional fare I loved my French onion soup and my husband’s steak was just right. Many dishes looked and smelt delicious, I will have to come back. The desserts looked so good we couldn’t decide, so ordered six for our table of four. The best was the fig pudding, a little bit like sticky date pudding but lighter, with a more delicate flavour. Pear tart tartin was wonderful, the pear pulled apart with a luscious scent of cinnamon, though the short pastry was unusual. I am told the lemon tart was startling in its lemoniness and is recommended. The crème brûlée was fine, the chocolate mousse and profiteroles were nothing very special. It is a full and busy restaurant with good service. It’s all about the food."

"Great atmosphere and wine. The tempranillo was beautiful. Thin crust woodfire pizza was pretty fire as well. Would love a bit more saltiness on the carbonara though."

"La Spaghettata was nice and it offered good value for money. The food was OK, but thereâs definitely better spots on Lygon St. Service was a bit slow, but, to be fair, they were fairly busy. I was unhappy as we got seated by the front door and it was unpleasantly cold, which meant we had to eat while wearing our winter coats â that wasnât an enjoyable experience. Would I go back? I doubt it."

"Nandos isn't somewhere I venture into that often but last Friday we were caught in Docklands after being at a wedding ceremony at the British Consulate and before the reception on a boat. Some in the group were hungry so we did a Nando's run. Good quick and healthy option if you forgive the chips. Seasoned Nandos chips would be up there as my favourites fast food fries option. The chicken serve was reasonable and was plump and certainly helped fill up those who hadn't eaten much at the post ceremony garden drinks. I can only image how we must have looked dressed in our Sunday best eating take away Nandos on a park bench with a spare shopping trolley to help relocate all the ceremony flowers from our car to the boat."

"Once we came here on a regular basis for our coffee night on Thursday, and many times also having a meal. Since the change of owners last year we found that they didn't do just coffee so we found that it was no long worth...going to and found Pacinos only a few minutes further to be much better in that they treated you equally well whether you had a meal or just a coffee."

"You will be pleasantly surprised by Essendon Kebabs. The kebabs are good and you can get a lamb kebab for under $10. Soft drinks are also on sale. There is nothing much on the menu that is over $10. Seating is available, there is no...need to rush away to your car to eat your kebab. Essendon kebabs is open until 1:00 am Sunday to Thursday and it is open until 3:00 am on Friday and Saturday. ."

"We dined at Mammas' Boy two weeks ago with my husband. We both had Gnocchi Guanciale e Tartufo and wine. I came to leave a review after last night's dinner at another Italian restaurant on Lygon where we had also similar gnocchi dish as Mamma's Boy guys deserve it. At the last night's comparison, our experience with Mamma's Boy just went immediately forward in our memories. Mamma's Boy gnocchi dish sauce is to die for!!! So delicious and just perfect. We will be back. Recommended."
