"The MuseumCafe Hofladen Zeisset is located in Weisweil on the outskirts of the village towards Oberhausen/Rheinhausen. This is all about an earlier farm that still exists today. It was first assigned to a farm shop where farmers marketed their self-planted products ( vegetables, potatoes, etc.). In the meantime, however, the farm shop has a wide range of baked bread and baked goods, cakes and cakes, noodles, oils and vinegar, soaps and candles and much more for daily needs. In any case, it is always very nice to surf here and enjoy the various offers and let the smells and colors of candles and soaps appear. open is the court shop Mo., Mi., Do. and Sa. from 7:00 12:30 and 15:00 18:00, Fri from 07:00 12:30; Tuesday is Rudetag. Another highlight of the accommodation is the Haus- und Hofmuseum. Here the owner has gathered more than 300 square meters of rarities from agriculture, household, domestic industry, host, livestock farming and distillery from earlier times. So today's man gets an insight into the past time and can see how difficult and laborious the good old time could be. The visit is an experience for young and old. The museum is usually open on Sunday after consultation. The newly built café serves as the third leg on the farm. In an air-filled bright room with large windows, the guest can strengthen with a good cup of coffee/tea with self-baked cakes/pecker pieces after shopping at the court shop or visiting the house and the court museum. For guests who bring a stronger hunger, the possibility of using the menu is to consume smaller dishes (good home kitchen). The offered flame cake tastes great. The white sausages of the Munich type are also a tasty tassel. Various salads and soups complement the offer. Breakfast is always served from 09:00 on Wednesday to Saturday (the meals remain to the guest and a breakfast brunch is provided on selected Sundays. For children there is a small playground to play or there is the possibility to observe the farm animals. Opening times vary throughout the season (spring, summer, autumn and winter). In the spring, summer and when it leaves the temperatures during the other times, there is also the possibility to sit in the expanded café garden under parasols and increase all delicacies. What I noticed was the kindness of all the guest, whether in the court shop or in the café. It was a real love. When it meets me in the area there, I will always like to go back to enjoy everything, whether shopping in the court shop or the time after that in the café with coffee with cake or vinegar. Try it."
