"Foreseeable, unfriendly guest treatment I've ever experienced! I had booked the hotel on booking.com. When I arrived at 18:15, I stood in front of closed doors. After I was tied up several times in the housebell and nobody opened me, I called the hotel number. the lady who opened me said I didn't sound right. then the collection of my data was made in the style of a police interrogation when I was the kind of circumvention, I was expelled from the house and had to search ad hoc for another accommodation in staufen. in conversation with a gastronomy in the city I learned that similar incidents have already been reported about the new hotel owner."

We chose to dine in the cozy inside setting due to the evening chill, but the outside seating overlooking the beautiful gardens offers a relaxed scenic view while enjoying your meal. Definitely planning a return trip next time I am in the area."

""the bauernstube" I have reserved twice for a group to the coffee with cake. the bauernstube is very cozy and traditionally decorated. due to the situation on a hill is the most beautiful.<br/><br/>The service was smooth and friendly. the cakes have tasted delicious.I have eaten once in the restaurant. the chef has taken care of my nutrition and the dinner was excellent.The restaurant or the building room can be recommended to everyone. "To be fair, the quality and preparation of the food was excellent, so although it seemed quite expensive at first glance, paying for quality is not a problem. We had melon soup to begin and both had steaks that were beautiful. I have a gluten intolerance and in line with many restaurants in this area, the only alternative is avoidance, so some of the dishes were outside limits. Hopefully more optiions will be available in time, but this is by no means specific to this restaurant. The ambience of the outdoor seats was wonderful, with a view of the main square in Staufen on a warm July evening was a pleasure. The service was friendly and efficient, the wine list extensive and the seats outside was very full of what tells the story of popularity. Our 2-course menu with a bottle of local wine and some foam water was €85, but it is worth what the point is."
