"Most probably this is one of the top restaurants in Crema for local food. I was invited for a business dinner. The first thing we were told that due to a computer failure the daily guided menu was not available, but the waiter explained what was available and recommended a menu. I decide to have carne (meat) started with antipasti a selection of local ham and salami. followed by a risotto with artichoke (that was a bit hard). For the main dish I chose lamb chops, it was perfect. There is a vinelist with some 100 or more vines. What I did not like the categories per price level, normally the basis is the vine area or the vinemaker. Anyway after some hesitation I selected a Montepulciano di Abruzzo, Marina Cvetic is one of my favorite, and it was very promising to have a 2001 bottle. Then the disappointment came. "I had dinner here with my boyfriend, because we wanted to try seafood (something new to us). I took the calamarata and I was completely satisfied, actually I had difficulties in finishing it. I also tried grilled octopus for the first time and I really liked it. I was surprised by the bill because I thought we would have spent more. The location is cool and unique and the staff very kind.
