"We had a horrible experience at the location in silverthorne 10167 store. Betul the cashier) is very condescending and short with customers. She has a terrible attitude. She tried to overcharge me and when I corrected her she got upset at us. The supervisor in charge Gaby) came to check us out. She did not even apologized for Betul's lack of customer service instead the supervisor was very reactive when I told her I was not happy with the interaction with the cashier. I observed they get along well and I doubt Gaby is going to do anything to fix Betul's behaviour."

"Her fish tacos were excellent. Someone recommended this place and we stopped after skiing and it was really delicious! Fish was perfect the Chimayo sauce complimented it amazing. Also ordered the Chile rellenó and loved it. The staff was nice and the food came out quickly. Absolutely come back!"

"The FIRST and LAST time I'll ever be here. We are a family of five and we ordered our 3 children their meals. Apparently we didn't have to eat as adults when we were skipped and they went to the ext person in the line. I said and said, We also want to eat! So they took my husband's orders and then went to the next man in the line.... IMPORTANT! My husband finally tells me that the guy can't roll his burrito. He literally had no idea how to fold it. I wondered what would have happened if she had all the ingredients in what was supposed to be in there? (Yes, hubby said just like the picture and they left out 1/3 of the ingredients). I tried to order my food, but I got the attitude, even the guy behind us in the line. No doubt! I'd be crazy if they stop doing my food twice to make someone else.... We were in line first and should take care of it first. Come on. The whole family. Not only who they wanted to serve. I didn't even eat because it seemed too much trouble to make her do something. The manager was nice, but it didn't make for the service we received before. And for apology for the bad service, they do not speak English and it is their first day is very unprofessional. You welcome QDOBA for the money I gave you. You didn't deserve it."
