"Sam’s is our semi-regular Friday tradition for Takeaway Pizza. We are American-Australia and love pizza and have always fought to find high quality pizza in Australia. Our preference is for New York or Italian style with high quality fresh vegetables, thin crust, fresh cheese and a non-sweet tomato sauce. We have tried many pizzerias in Brisbane and Melb and some in Sydney Perth, and Sams in Reservoir sits in our Top 3 in Australia. It is not wood-fired, but consistently very good, a great value, and with excellent service!"

"Good pizzas without being great. For the price point that they are selling them at, the pizzas should be mountainous and plump. Chicken pizza was ok but had a little too much onion on it. I had the st loui special (I think) which had blue cheese, mushrooms and a little chilli on it. That was a great tasking pizza but was fairly skint of topping. Lots of pizza places in the area and I think st loui's held their own! Probably think that charging for delivery won't get them far in the area though."

"I don't know if the owner's have changed to new people or not but over the last couple of months the quality of the food here has become much better. Some of the best pizza around and very friendly service over the phone and from the delivery driver as well. The pizza arrived so fast that it was still steaming hot from the oven."
