"So disgusted with the customer service. This was our regular place recently they have started ripping customers off. Over charging on food the quality of the food has died. Sorry brothers, but you can’t be charging silly prices for food that isn’t even worth it anymore. It’s not the first time this has happened either but I think it’s time everyone knows as we’re fed up of constantly addressing this. Either they forget items from our order or they over charge on what we purchase. Need to begin fixing this attitude."

"We visited Big Khans a couple of times last week as we had business to attend to in the area. The online times show as open at 11am but the staff casually open 15-20 mins late. The food we ordered was precise and plentiful on both occasions. They have a few indoor seating places to eat and offer free sauces to accompany your meals. Most of the staff never smiled or looked happy at all, it was hard to understand the man who was in charge of the serving as he spoke so softly and his English was not the best. I have still rated the business as five stars as the food was served promptly and tasted great. They have good daytime offers and also serve pizza during the day from opening. They have an offer on where you can purchase and 12 inch pizza for £4.35. Also For there masala fish they use proper Cod fish."

"My husband i could not fault the food. However eating at 7 15 pm on a Saturday evening we were subjected to a nearby table who were drunk 2 men 2 ladies swearing continually. Sadly the f c words. "I loved every part of this visit. I visited in January and the restaurant was lovely and warm. Each staff member that we spoke to was friendly and very knowledgeable. Having dishes that can be made vegan listed on the menu made it easy for my sister to choose something to enjoy. The fact they could tone down the spice was amazing! I had a lamb korma. It was easily the best lamb korma I've ever had! Every dish was good, full of flavour and served hot! Well done guys and thank you"
