"The reason I give it a 3 is because of the attitude I experience at this dunkin. I always let it pass but I just experienced the worse one of all. The older woman who?s always there overnight I feel for her me and my husband do that we even tip her big. Iwas at the speaker for 3 min without realizing she hadn?t said ?give me a moment? then I went to pull to the window to see ifanyone was there and she was then she opened the window and asked if I had doordash I said no and I was going to explain how Iwas waiting for her to respond she cut me off and told me to go order at the speaker and slammed the window shut. I?m hungry atthis point because I came from my job so I went around to order. Let me remind u I was the only one at the speaker the firsttime so now I went all the way around to be the 4th one in line. Waiting an additional 15 min when I ordered I?m at the windowagain when she handed my food I politely said in a nice tone that me and my husband always come and are genuine to her for herto treat me like this then she interrupted me and yelled I have a lot of doordashes and I told her honestly I worked at a dunkinand even being overwhelmed I don?t respond that way she cut me off and said u never experience doordash and I was like I did andshe yelled even louder and said ?I?m pretty sure u didn?t? twice and slammed the window. I?m upset that she responded sohorrible maybe she was just overwhelmed. But the customer service wasn?t what I expected."

"The owners/workers were so nice! the food was actually near perfect. The prices are the best I have ever encountered in life! Period, no exaggeration! I ordered the DBA skillet no mushrooms a 1/2 order of french toast. I was in town visiting family a cousin brought me here. Im 2 hrs from DBA's, too bad!"
