"If you are in the area, you absolutely MUST do your stomach a favour and try the wonton soup. A huge generous helping of noodles and flavourful wontons in a gorgeous broth that requires no additional seasoning. Delicious portions of roast pork with cracking, with a side of spicy sauce and lemon to give it a kick if desired. I've returned many times just for this dish. It's available for dine in and take away, so I've been able to enjoy sharing this meal with a friend over a coffee or order it first thing in the morning to take home after a big night. They are quick to prepare your food, and the team are so friendly, they make you feel warm and welcome. The Vietnamese roast pork rolls are to die for."

"Great ambiance. Quality with quantity food. I went for a group of 4. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals.<br/ <br/ I had the pork belly. There were 2 large pieces of pork which I expected only 1 piece. Very tender and juicy meat, and the crackling was perfect.<br/ <br/ Worth a try"

"Dropped by to get a quick coffee at the coffee van outside Safeway at Patterson Lakes shopping centre.(Friday 5th Feb) Pleasantly surprised. Coffee was great. Customer service was refreshing. Served by two young people(male and female), So nice to have a friendly face and manners. Noticed the restaurant is a few shops away so will be trying that next time. Sorry didn't get their names but thank you"

"The food is still delicious. We have been visiting Shavans for 20+ years. We have seem the restaurant grow into what it is today. The service was very friendly and prompt Reception/management staff need to be mindful where they have a disagreement. The food was delicious as always. There is an extensive menu, and great options for everyone. Including vegetarians and vegans. Shavans is no longer BYO. It is family/children friendly We will be back again."
