"Attention racing cyclists and mountain bikers. Very bike-unfriendly! I wanted to turn coffee cake on Friday morning. Only two of the 20 tables were occupied. When I wanted to take my bike to the terrace, skipped and extremely unfriendly. No, no, no! There's a bike stand down there. The bicycle stand is not visible from the terrace. There is no high-quality racing bike or MTB without lock. The first contact was also so mourning and unfriendly that I didn't want to throw the host money into my throat. I understand that not everyone on the terrace should take his bike. However, they can also press two eyes depending on the load. The ascent by bike to the Devil's Mill is worth the view from the tower (20m from the restaurant). I cannot recommend the high-rise for cyclists."

"Zentral in der Altstadt am Marktplatzbrunnen liegt das "Cafe am Markt".Bei Sonnenschein sitzt man hier ganz prima draußen. Der Brunnen plätschert leise vor sich hin, man kann gut relaxen und das bunte Treiben auf der Straße und dem Platz beobachten.Das Cafe selber ist schlicht und pragmatisch eingerichtet. Der Gastraum wie auch die Toiletten sind gepflegt und sauber.Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Chefin/ Konditorenmeisterin gibt gerne und ausführlich Auskunft über die verwendeten Zutaten in Ihren Kreationen.Ich hatte zwei Kugeln selbst produziertes Eis (Waldbeere & Melone=Frucht=Vegan) und meine bessere Hälfte hatte einen köstlichen, traditionell gebackenen Käsekuchen. Der Kaffee war gut gebraut und lecker. Die anderen Getränke waren eiskalt und so auch erfrischend.Im Schnitt gibt es hier zwischen 6 - 10 verschiedene Sorten frisch gebackene Torten und Kuchen täglich. Die Eissorten variieren. Hier gibt's Ziegenkäseeis....hab' ich jetzt so auch noch nicht gehört...is' jetzt auch für mich nix' - da nicht vegan...hört sich aber spannend an!Am Wo-Ende gibt's wohl auch mal was deftiges im Angebot. Das wird dann auf einem Steller draußen angekündigt.Fazit: schlichter "Laden" der mit Qualität voll punktet.Preis und Leistung sind hier einfach Topp!Montags ist Ruhetag. Geöffnet ist von 14-18 Uhr"
