"Their food is inedible. The “chef” handling the grill looks as if it’s his first day and his training direction was something like “you’ll figure it out”. The rice is a mushy nightmare of blah and the teriyaki has zero flavour. I didn’t think it was possible to mess up a simple rice bowl but they proved me wrong. Bring back EDO!"

"Great Sushi, terrible customer service. They never answer the phone so you can't pre-order. When you stand there at the till waiting to order you get ignored while watching them hanging up the phone calls that are coming in. They're obviously busy which is why pre-ordering would be ideal. Also you can't pre-order for pickup on skip or door dash anymore. Only delivery. I want to pickup on my way home from work since it's on my route so why would I want to pay for delivery and tip. Probably won't be going back until this is fixed."

"Service there was five stars the waiter brought us a salad and rice pudding free before our meal. the menu was endless and the food was brought very quickly. the person who served us was super happy and was always smiling. the washrooms where not bad the toilets where super clean and I felt comfortable using them. once the food arrived we dug in the sushi was expertly balanced and the fish was clean and fresh definitely recommend you check this place out"

"Amid a new facelift, this place is a great little gem. the seafood is cooked PERFECTLY. not over not under. the calamari was bang on (and im extremely picky). we ordered it to share but had to order another one it was so good. the chef really loves food and it shows. will be returning again and again. great service, staff is outgoing and kind."

"This was my first time trying out Sushi on Fennell, I was impressed by the friendly service. The meal itself was fresh, delicious and well prepared. I will definitely be back.As for the establishment itself, it’s in a convenient location and appeared to be extremely clean.My only criticism, was they forgot the appetizer sampler. When I arrived to pick up my order, the gentlemen at the register asked for my information on the order and was able to select the correct party tray. There was slight disorganization there, which lead to the missing appetizer because there was not a slip of paper with that tray containing the information for the order. If there was, then I am sure he would have double checked.I don’t want that to take away from the overall great service and the friendliness from the employees."

"If I could give a zero, I would. I'm so upset today and disappointed with my experience. I ordered online at 5:15 and took a pickup time for 6:45, as that was the earliest you had! I'm looking for my food and my daughter was told that my order didn't go through what it did absolutely when my credit card was charged for 65.25. Then you say if you want ANOTHER to wait 40 minutes, would you do it?! Really?! Then my daughter said no thanks and we left. I get all the way back home in Ancaster, no food for dinner, and you call me to say you have just opened your web to accept orders and mine is now mysterious there and if I would like to wait 40 minutes and come back you will do it?!!! I was right there! Then say sadly good, we're just busy! You don't think I knew if I had a pick-up time for an hour and a half later! Then tell me that my money will not be refunded for 3 days! 3 days for an order you said never went through!!! And then you're suddenly able to make it in 15 minutes if I want to go all the way back. I'm exaggerated and thank you for ruining my mother's day! Shame on you and your business practice! If it didn't go through, why do you charge me?! And now let me wait for my refund for 3 days and no food! Thank you for that! I will never order from you again and order them online! It's a fraud! Shame!"
