"I don't write reviews often, but I had a great dining experience at Nicks. My father and I came to eat there on January 7th, 2017. We were quickly seated and the server was sweet and attentive throughout the meal. The place was packed but the owner made a point to come over before we ordered and talk to us about the menu. He recommended the Blackened Chicken Fajitas which was one of their daily specials. The food was really, really great and very filling. All the food was fresh and well prepared. I had more than enough to take home. I ordered a cup of coffee as well and it came with a side of this delicious cream. I commented how much I liked it to the server and she said it was handmade and they might sell it. I ended up purchasing a pint of the cream to take home. The owner made a point of coming over to us before we left to ask us how the experience was and made sure that I had additional tortillas to take home with my leftovers. He shook our hands before we left and told us to flag him down if we came back. Overall it was a really great experience. I was really surprised to see the negative reviews on this site! I really had a great, great experience."
