"There was a pungent odour which made it almost unbearable to wait inside for the orderAdding to this, the staff was well aware they won't be able to make wraps for at least 30 minutes as they had not prepped the items ahead of time. The courteous thing would have been to tell me that it will take 35-40 minutes to get a wrap before charging me and making me wait.In the end I got a refund and had to leave without food after waiting 30 minutes. The girl at the cash register was very rude and abrasive. I welcome diversity but she had problem understanding basic English and was not polite enough to reply at times as well.Very poor experience overall. A 0 out of 10 for me. I visit this shop in the morning as well. The staff in the morning is night and day. They are super respectful always make food on time and their is no odour or smell. The evening shift staff needs to be trained on how to maintain the outlet and deal with customers"

"In short: Ambience: 8/10 Service: 7/10 Food: 5/10 Detailed review: My husband and I went to this restaurant after reading the reviews. We saw that the recent reviews were low stars, and yet we decided to still give it a try. We liked the ambience. Since we were two people, they asked to sit at a tiny table that can hardly fit 2 plates. The management must know the Indian food can't fit on such a tiny table. We asked them to change our table and give us a table of 4 (it was Tuesday evening and there was no rush at all). To this request, the lady gave us a look and said that she needs to ask the manager. Ultimately, they changed our table. We ordered Bhatti Paneer Tikka Tacos. The description said that it contains Achari paneer and smoked paprika aioli. We couldn't taste either. It was a 4/10 dish. I am vegetarian and before ordering Paneer Lababdar, I asked the manager whether it would be mild or spicy. He said, we can make it spicy if you want. That's not the answer I am looking for. Paneer Lababdar was way too sweet, and no salt. My husband ordered Dhaba Chicken Curry. He said that it tasted okay. It wasn't so distinctive, and that he has had a better chicken curry elsewhere. Garlic naan was good in terms of size and softness. But it lacked the garlic flavor. This restaurant is not worth the hype."

"Well packaged and presented. Flavour is there with fair portions. Food was still warm enough to enjoy upon arrival, but could be better if there was a way to keep it warmer for longer. Still good and enjoyable overall. Definitely worth trying at least once."

"Normally, I prefer the McDonald’s French fries to just about any fast food fries. They are the closest to French or Belgian frites. But not today. It was rush hour and quite crowded. As usual, I ordered them without salt so they would be fresh...cooked and come out hot. I saw them come out of the cooker and be set aside before the rest were salted. But we were tenth in line and they just sat there until I was number one. We were using separate cars and going in different directions, so I headed out while my wife ate her meal in the restaurant. I found the fries to be dry, hard and pretty much tasteless. I only ate a few. When she got home she asked if I liked the fries, stating that hers were terrible. Fast Food varies within the same chains because of different management. I don’t recommend this McDonald’s."

"Good bread (loafs, buns and bagels) at reasonable prices. Good selection of cold cuts. I didn’t try their pastries, coffee or sandwiches. Only issue is with the regular white toast bread that it is only available in small quantity and for couple of hours so hit and miss their."

"We stopped in here for breakfast since there was not much open early in the area. The waitstaff were very friendly, but the food was just food. I ordered fried eggs the way I like them, over well without the yolks broken, and they told me I wanted them over medium. Nope... the whites were not cooked through. Yuck. My daughter's scrambled eggs were okay. Coffee is one cup only, no refills. You order up front and they call you to come pick it up. Oh, they do not take credit cards so make sure you bring cash or a debit card. Seat appear to be old bus or train seats, but were comfortable enough."
