"The cabins are cute, and the heat works very well. The front desk staff were pleasant and worked well as a team. The golf carts were appreviated when climbing the hill to our cabin. The reason I didn't give the Crow's Nest a 5 rating is due to the weak wifi. I could connect to the network but no data received or transmitted. I think the more guests they have the less bandwidth for each of us. Too bad. Walkability: Short walk to Glitter Gulch. Be prepared to climb stairs. Hilly area. Noteworthy details: The hotel provides cut wood for a campfire close to the lobby. We enjoyed a campfire with our family and a friend both nights of our stay. It would be great if the hotel sold pre-made s'mores kits. We bought our s'mores supplies at the nearby grocery store."

"This is such a BEAUTIFUL place! We’ve been here several times and have seen bears, moose, Dahl sheep, caribou, and more. The park rangers are always so nice and the place is well organized. You can stop at the cafe on your way into the park and have some coffee or a breakfast sandwich. There’s a gift shop too. There are no eateries inside. There are bathrooms every several miles. Bring a small cooler with drinks, sandwiches, chips, etc. You must drive slow through the park but speed limit signs are posted throughout. We love the Alaskan beauty in this park. We highly recommend visiting here!"

"Canyon Steak House is FABULOUS !!! The salmon bisque was the best I've found yet. I had one of the less expensive steak entries and it was still melt in your mouth delicious ! Great sides already paired for each entry) rounded out a practically perfect dinner. Too full to do desert, but imagine they were also excellent. Great service...excellent experience."
