"Had the loveliest of times this evening. Had already eaten at home and wanted to go somewhere for a drink and snack, this was the perfect place. From the initial enquiry phone call, which was answered by Nicolina, we just knew it would be fabulous. Nicolina was very welcoming and knew her stuff. When we arrived we were able to select our table and were given time time to order. We ordered the mixed board and two glasses of wine, it was all delicious. We truly had a wonderful time and Nicolina and Georgie were the best hostesses; thank you. We will definitely visit again very soon"

"Always a pleasure to dine at this amazing restaurant. We have always dined in the main dinner area/conservatory but found ourselves, (maybe because it was a later time) seated in the bar area. Ambiance wasn't as nice. Can never fault the delicious food and staff though. We'll be back in July for our anniversary."

"We had been previously and been very pleased with the meal so for a special Birthday lunch we once again booked here. We were advised that there was no special lunch menu on Saturdays, and several things on the restricted menu were unavailable. I chose to have Dover sole on buttered vegetables, The meals arrived quite quickly my sole was fried in breadcrumbs, and overcooked the buttered vegetables could have been anything with no flavor and a kind of mashed consistency with a very runny sauce accompaniment. For dessert 3 of us decided on the fruit crumble and custard this arrived with custard in a small jug, two of our party asked for extra custard as the jugs were only half full. The waitress said we would have to pay for extra custard we agreed. However, when the bill arrived we were charged £4.50 for the custard. what a rip-off almost the price of another desert.As it was a special meal we just paid up, but we will not be returning"
