"Do not eat here or if it is the last place in the city open. there was food poisoning to me, and after reading some of the reviews, this is not surprising."

"We’ve frequented this restaurant over 10 times and the staff seem to be getting more and more entitled and rude. Tonight, we ordered a take out special meal for a family member’s going away dinner and this is how they plated the pork bulgogi. It was mostly grease and hardly any of the entree. I couldn’t stomach picking out the 7 small pieces of pork so I took the plate back to the restaurant while my family ate their dinner at home. The entire team of staff behind the counter just stared at me and didn’t offer to make this right by either replacing the plate or giving a refund. After 2 awkward minutes the girl with a complacent attitude grabbed another employee and he rudely asked, “so do you want a refund or something?” They reluctantly gave a cash refund when I told them I would not make a second trip and ask my husband to get up from the dinner table at home to show his card. I don’t understand how anyone working in food would even plate this and call it palatable."

"As part of the move to a house in Robinson, we thought we would get a few tender Tuesdays. This was the first time we tried this place and we threw it out. Chicken was very little warm and hard to chew, Pommes were hot and my son definitely didn't let them waste, .rolls were hard, Gravy was lumpy. Also ordered 3 teas and on was majority water mixed with lemonade (crazy) It was very disappointing. The first time tried and expected good food, but not getting. However, when I asked about my bill, the manager Erica was very friendly and really cared about correcting the food mishap. Order was made new and very appreciated."

"5-22-22 UPDATE: We have been back three time since my original review. Food was great and service was good but not excellent. We stopped in at about 4 pm Sunday and they were not crowded. Most people were at the bar and the bar area had about 6 tables with people. Our drink server came right away and got our drink orders and said that we would be awaited on shortly. We counted 12 employees within the restaurant with two at the door, two behind the bar, one chatting with a customer who she obviously knew, one working her tail off and the others just walking around. We were ignored. After about 10 minutes the drink server came back and said that someone at the bar will be coming to take our order. Another ten minutes and a couple had just sat down beside us and the girl chatting with the customer came to take their drink order. We still had not ordered. I told my husband I would see what the server would do when she got done with the drink order for our neighbors and when she didn't even look at us (we were three feet apart) that was it for me. I stopped her and ask for our drink order ticket and explained why. She said she was sorry to hear that and gave us our ticket. I paid and we left. NO WAY is this acceptable. LOVE the food. But I am not sure I will give them another chance. I do not know what happened but the service was not what we expect nor should we have to. I am changing my rating from 5 stars to 1. Service is EVERYTHING. We have been wanting to go to Walk-Ons for awhile. We finally got the chance and went Sunday for a late lunch. We were greeted at the door and asked where we would like to sit. Our only preference was a table. We were seated at the bar area and sat in bar heigh table and chairs which was perfect for us since my husband is very tall. Our server was a lovely young lady named Isabella. She was prompt, efficient and courteous. We ordered our drinks and food and were served within 5 minutes. The food was excellent. We are still talking about our meals. A friend came over, shook my hand and accidentally spilled my water. A customer came over and tried to help and spilled my husband?s drink. Our server immediately came and started cleaning up and then another server came and cleaned the floor. This incident wa a handled with such efficiency and kindness. Bravo to Walk-Ons for having an incredible staff at all levels and amazing food. We will be back soon."
