"The server who prepared my chicken bowl just started his work yesterday and it was evident that he did not want to be there. He acted like I was bothering him when I ordered the ingredients for my chicken bowl. When he placed the lid to the bowl, he smeared sour cream all over the top of the lid. There were pieces of lettuce hanging out the sides of the lid. I asked him to wipe off the lid because he should not send a bowl out with sour cream all on the top. He wiped it off,but he was angry that I asked him to clean the lid. The chicken didn 't taste as if it had been seasoned when cooking. The rice was not cooked to tenderness. There were pieces of chicken,cheese, and lettuce spilled all over . No one was wiping up the spillage as they prepared a new order. This is not a place that I want to patronize anymore. Good customer service is important to insure that your customers are satisfied with your business. Never Again!"

"I don't like this place, but especially after today's experience. they gave me a little secret. they told me that the app will sometimes steal their money and then not completely order their mobile order, so if they do not show up they will not get their food they ordered, but it will still take their money. that was also the hired. it made me wonder why they do not make this public at all known that sometimes the app cheats them. I didn't have the confirmation number to ever prove a job because I didn't have my phone with me. the girl told me I can run and go to get the confirmation number and she said, "run and go the confirmation and I would like to make her eat." then I told her that I probably won't be back because it's a long drive and she just ignored me. so we never got our food, but they took our money for our several items we bought over the app."

"I was a little disappointed in this location. I have been to Qudoba's that was In the Houston airport. At the Houston location, I thought I had died and gone to some kind of authentic Chipotle heaven. The queso blanco was smothering my chicken burrito. The burrito was so delicious i long since gave up eating it with a fork and knife and dove right in cave man style and ate the remaining portion with my fingers. I was stuffed midway through the burrito and honestly did not care about people looking at me as if i was eating like a homeless person who hadnt had a meal in days. The flavor profile was full of cumin, jalapeno, and garlic. I even loved the cilatro notes sprinkled throughout the rice. However, at the location here in dayton (the guest at Sinclair community college), the flavors were a little bland.
