"We ate here once and also had take away pizza. This restaurant serves amazing, fresh, local food. Our take away pizzas were tasty and flavoursome and so we decided to eat there one other evening. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The menu is diverse with the usual array of Italian dishes. The group had a mixture of pasta, pizza and main meals. The Mushroom Spaghetti, the Parmesan crust steak and the Zuccotto (a type of ice cream cake) are notable. All our meals were very tasty but these stood out. The prices are good too and the service is friendly. The Chef even came to our table a couple of times to check we were ok. Excellent place to eat!"

"We went to the pizzeria on same street and were coldly rejected even though we highlighted we were quick eaters and would be out in 1 hour before the 830pm table reservation This restaurant made it a point to accommodate us and served us quickly We had the famous pig dish and duck magard, paired with grilled vegetables. Portions were huge, pig was dry , duck was tough , still edible but I was still warmed by the fact they did try to accommodate us. We had tiramisu for dessert which was good. Left them a good tip."
