"Eating was really delicious, not amazing, but good value for money, would have been nice if there were some pages included and not paid extras. we enjoyed the starter and the time between starter and main was well balanced. we were not asked if we wanted more drinks when our finished and no one checked us during the meal, the service was somewhat disappointing, but it was busy. we came for our jubilee and enjoyed us, unfortunately we got so hot up that we cut the meal short and left as we felt uncomfortable, the AC units were available but not switched on. try it again and hope for a more comfortable experience."

"OMG just wonderful food. 2nd time I have been to this restaurant and both times the food has been amazing. I recently went to the River Restaurant at the Savoy Hotel, the food at the Fish Union surpasses the food there 1000 times! Service is great, wine list is decent and prices are reasonable. I will definitely be back and happily recommend this restaurant."

"Update august 2020. it seems to be under new management and simply tried it. I must say that the fish we had was much thinner, Crasper battery than before and the fish was perfectly cooked. I hope this is a standard that the new owners can maintain. original review: after having tried many of the local chippies since the move to bickley, this is the best so far. fish cooked to order, beautiful chips and teig, which is crispy and light, make this a winner. a little expensive, but it is worth for the standard of food. really cute young people who run it."
