"I would give them a zero at this point. The food is not bad if you can actually get the right food. I ordered Doordash and got the wrong food. Fortunately, I have a refund for the terrible mistake. So I thought I learned a lesson, so I called an order. My husband took the order, brought him home (25 minutes on his way home) and came here and the whole order was wrong. No object. Everything. I ordered Steak and Jumbo Shrimp Hibachi and 2 orders from gyoza. Instead, I got a steak bowl and the nasty looking spider reel ever and artificial crab with cream cheese roll. If I wanted sushi, I wouldn't order it from a quality sushi station. I wouldn't be so upset, but I called to see if they could approve my order, and the girl said no. You have to drive it back. You know that I have the wrong order because my order is there and yet they want me to return 25 minutes there and 25 minutes to get the right order. I didn't make the mistake. I think I did it because I ordered from there, and my husband didn't know he was checking her integrity. I asked if I could talk to a manager or an owner or boss and they said no, no one was there. I referred to my order. I didn't do anything. I got $35 without food and they didn't do anything. I asked someone to call me, but I doubt they will. It is sad if someone cannot admit to making a mistake and actually fix the error. The people who work there must hate their lives and hate it to work other people. Much customer service. Happy ability to read only the correct order from a ticket. Inability to help a customer. No management available to help if needed. Avoid this place like a plague if you really want what you order. And seriously scariest sushi I've ever seen. Look at pictures."

"Awful ! I get there to order take out and for starters they have their 2 children sitting at a table screaming while watching some show. I ordered 2 entrees, you would think I ordered 50 for the time that it took to get the food into my hands. To top it off the food wasn't good at all. Very bland. Not impressed even in the slightest."
