"PROBLEM hardees 1501824 crossville TNthis morning about 0615walked in and ordered two steak biscuits to go. had to be at doctors phlebotomist shortly.. got in the car and found out we got sausage and egg I DO NOT like your sausage sorry was back 20 minutes later to ask for proper order with wrong order in hand this is where the problems started. Darla supposed manager demanded the recipe which WAS NOT given. refused very snarkily to admit they messed up the order. I had to BUY the steak biscuits wife is diabetic and needed food then MORE PROBLEM I had to argue to get a recipe it appears by asking other customers that getting a receipt is not a happening thing... perhaps by design?? to avoid correcting a mistake??a small grump is NO napkins on that order..further as order was $5.49 I gave her $11 to not get a bunch of ones... she argues that also trying to give the $1 back... it was almost a fight for her to be bothered to take $11 to get a $5 and change it's not like she had to figure it out as the cash register does that..this supposed manage is horridthus I now have to sausage biscuits I do not want and have spent about $11 for 2 biscuits !!!social media will be getting an earful. mistake happen attitude is not a was to treat a customer. so when in town here mcdonald's or wendy's will get our business. on the road hardees is our preferred go to"

"Traveling to Hopkinsville ky from Greenville SC kids ranging from 1 to 14 were hungry so we stopped the 9 year old is allergic to tomato so I ordered her two double cheese burgers dressed as big macs first one had Mac sauce but I could still see ketchup on it the second one was only ketchup sent them back the the first one they added Mac sauce and lettuce but I could still see ketchup the second one they added lettuce then ketchup. Took one of those back and gave her nuggets and kept the other burger. As we were leaving my children started screaming because they could see the manager standing there flipping us off when we went back to confront them they claimed not to have even come to the door even though we saw him at the door this was 10pm Sunday February 25, 2024 and I will be calling corporate in the morning"

"Great sushi. Strange hours. Only had some really great sushi roles from there, but as it happens, they close on Saturday at 8:00. We would have spent at least twice as much if they were open longer! Other diners arrived at the same time as we were, and they never made us feel bad when we did, and the service was great (only asked if we would order more, as the kitchen was soon closed, we went back so that we wouldn't hold them there). But 8:00 on a Saturday night is really early! It is so good food and atmosphere, just needs better weekend hours."
