"It was weird when we ordered halo-halo and they told us it was no longer available because they had a cut-off time (note: it was only 12 noon). They should have placed a note about the cut-off. Service is so-so, food was okay, and place was meh. The halo-halo lacked leche flan which they said was not part of their ingredient because they have more fruits on it."

This is a type of restaurant that has pre-cooked food served in pots or serving dishes and you literally point to the items you like. Pampangueñas Best Kainan is one of the restaurants in Dapitan City. The restaurant has several choices for food, ranging from fish, to chicken, beef and pork dishes. One of the problems they need to address is flies. Although flies is a prevailing problem, the restaurant should have ample covers to limit the contact of flies with the food. The price of the food is also expensive. We were surprised when our bill came to more than P1,700, considering the type of restaurant, we were expecting at least half of this amount."
