"Always a friendly atmosphere, clean with quick and attentive service who also provide a military discount. Food always comes out hot and cooked properly. I have been to this restaurant more times than any other sit-in restaurant that I've eaten at because I have yet to be disappointed. They have a great variety of authentic Mexican dishes but I found my favorite in the super chimichanga w/o the quac salad. I am very particular and picky when I decide to spend my money on meals at restaurants and tip servers well above suggested %s when I enjoy the experience and this place has yet to let me down which is saying a lot considering I've been here so many times. Only reason I didn't give 5* to the atmosphere is because I went to the Azteca outside of Fort Eustis before it burned down and I can't help but score the atmosphere lower than them, probably an unfair comparison but Azteca was bigger and did have live performers. Still a great place though I definitely recommend this spot."

"Beer is cold and cheap they have xX on tap... Bartender is shitty didn't want tot take my order was fighting with the busboy over who took my order... Was rude,more worried about the big table she has serving, wasn't even serving them she was talking to them. The food was cold she took her time and another waitress had to bring my food. This ruined my experience here at locos... Shitty bartender here to clock in the hours... She was Horrible!!"
