"The worse experience I've ever had in a restaurant! By FAR! I just returned home from this circus show! The waitress was very RUDE! Did not bring out our drinks as ordered for refills. Spoke to the Manager, Paige. She assured us that everything was safe. 20 minutes later and no drinks yet. No food came there after an hour and half of being. Was the WORSE restaurant experience in my life! If there was a negative 5 stars, I would give it to them"

"Did not tell us they had no ice til we had paid . We could have asked for our money back but we only had 30 minutes left to eat . We had to go elsewhere to even eat our food because one of the workers had brought there 2 kids to work with them that wouldn't have bothered me because I understand people need to work but there was one child asleep laying across two of the chairs for customers to sit. And the other one was laying in a sleeping bag half dressed she was a little girl and it was very inappropriate. So we took the food and had to go by ice at a mapco and even with all that both come and Dr pepper was so flat . I love Krystal's but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. My suggestion ask if the have ice first."

"20 minute wait with 2 cars ahead. Order was 2 burgers... in 20 minutes I'd think they could at least put lettuce on.. no apology or explanation for the ridiculous wait.. Manager appeared to be running 8 buckets of ice to the drive through.. which is all well and good if your grill isn't struggling with 2 burgers (and no drink). I think one or two buckets would've sufficed until the 4 cars in line for 20 minutes got served.On a corporate level.. price gouging incoming. 30% increase on the 50pc nugget. Also the new fries are garbage."

"I usually ain?t a business online to slam, but tonight I'm just doing this. This special time we ordered chicken chealupas and a burrito superior to what we have. Taco Bell in gallatin remains open until 3:00, so we work third shift? at least ten different occasions are limited to our options? ve was said that they only had a very limited amount of food last week, if until the car was said by 1:00, they had only three cups of beef left, okay?s two hours before y? all close, so could anyone explain to me??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????. When our food was picked up, we got it. Best bet I'll go, but in the morning to talk to management and from there I'll call her company office. This place needs a major restructuring.
