"Terrible hotel! After we had to cancel our reservation due to illness, the hotel appeared to be unreachable to discuss what would happen to the deposit already paid. I sent them numerous emails and called many times, not once did we receive any response. I don't understand how a hotel can take itself seriously when it doesn't even have the respect and courtesy towards customers to speak to them. Really really disappointed in the Milk Hotel!!"

"Been coming to Samoens for years and used to really enjoy going to this restaurant. Was different in the way it was self service but the owners really made it a nice spot with a good choice of fresh dishes and daily specials. Not so...now- Changed hands and now is run by unfriendly team who do not seem happy to be there. Food has gone downhill and is split between upstairs and down stairs- That is correct if you do not want the poor specials and cold kids food you have to go out and downstairs and do the queue all over again. Only went once and even that left a bad taste"
