"I didn’t eat at this location for 3 months (memorial instead) because of their service and presentation of food. I hear the people in front of me have their order taken and it’s seems so pleasant, then I start my order and they tone changes like they were tired of me ordering before I started. The S Rutherford location has always had someone with lackluster enthusiasm and a chippy mouth in the window 9.7 out of 10 times. I ordered a big double tray with everything, no tomatoes or bacon and got enough onions for 10 burgers (check the picture) I said it 3 months ago, but now Im seriously done with the South Rutherford location."

"The restaurant was clean. Our waitress was great! The food was delicious! The price of everything was very affordable for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. We were recently in TN for our trip back home in FL. And there was a Red Robin in our hotel, so we decided to eat there. The service was great, but they were very short employees. The food was delicious again. My daughter and I shared the plums and pommes. The best chicken channels I've ever had."

"Was kinda slow. Seems like this Applebee’s is always kinda slow when we come here, which is a shame. The food and service is always great! We had a real nice waitress, very attentive to our needs. The kitchen was kinda slow though, took a while to get our food, considering how slow it was. We live in Smyrna and come here every now and then to get our Applebee’s fix and dig in to the Artichoke/cheese dip! Love this stuff!! Let’s hope this one stays around; the Lebanon restaurant shut down several years ago, and I sure don’t want to drive to Thompson Ln. in Nashville just to get to an Applebee’s!"

"If you had asked me if I would ever come back here, if that survived all human beings, I wouldn't. the women who run through the drive were the absolute rude women I have ever met in my life. She has not only bruised me and treated me as if I were incapable if I didn't know she was just wearing Pepsi products, but she missed two of our chicken orders. So we went back in the line (which was long and slow for a second time) and ended with a nicer young who tried to help us. the common dame came back and began to give us an attitude and to become rude with the poor sweet soul that actually tried to help us. she hardly listened to and went to make the order we lacked, but in no case by the fact that she didn't even take a second to hear what we were missing. I would like to apologise to the poor guy who wanted to help us who screamed a bit of frustration when he asked the side that we already had (all were wrong). at the end we have the wrong side, only a row of the huh we went back for which the wrong meal is, and unimaginable wut. never think about coming here. update: found form in our cookies"
