"Ninja sushi’s food is amazing. Their customer experience is not. There was a miscommunication via a language barrier about my order. When I called back to inquire the employee nastily told me that I was wrong and would have to go through door dash to have the rest of my order delivered. I spend $500 per month at this restaurant and I asked if they could just deliver my missing noodles for my children. She said her driver was not available for personal reasons which indicates to me that they didn’t want to come back out for a mistake. I always tip the driver well. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she said she was the boss. Through more conversation I found out her boss’ name was Simon. She wouldn’t put him on the call. I asked to pay for the noodles to have them delivered and she said not until tomorrow. I asked if I could get I discount on my next order and she said she has a child to feed and it would come out of her pocket. I have two children to feed. Their food is phenomenal but this experience makes me question whether to order from here again or not."

"Came here with high expectations looking at everyone's great pictures..Really? You put kanikama (fake crabs)and White tuna (banned in Japan) for this $21 sashimi $28 sushi set? I could totally drive down to Daimatsu.Salmon was very fat and 鉄火巻 (tuna roll) were pretty good. 酢飯(sushi rice) too hard."

"I have been to this restaurant a few times but this is my first review. I called in my order of shrimp udon to a nice man over the phone. When I arrived I had to park illegally because the parking is bad in that area. When I walked up, the door was open with tables set up to pick hp the food. I called to get the attention of the man that took my order. He was very nice when he gave me my food. I paid a little over $11 for my meal. When I got home I ate and it was good and filling. No issues at all."
