"We have always ordered by lawn lane and then decided to change to marlowes for convenientity. seems alrite, but they always have never cheese in a cheese burger as usual! must always call and complain about it. Now this is the second time that if we have an order via the phone for the collection, they never have it ready. it was faster to order for delivery than to wait. the excuse is the load just opened, I didn't know it wasn't opened. this time. the order lasted 45 minutes; forgot the late picking children from school aswell and eating was dry! chicken tikka burger extremely dry and burned. all Cheseburgers lacked mayonnaise and no cheese again! very disappointed and will not order again from this peri peri. I wasn't the only customer waiting. someone had ordered kofta kebab for 3 watches and was told 10min wait and they had also late to pick up their daughter from school. the vater went and got her daughter and the kofta was not ready yet! incredible! they can see the bad slow service."
