"My order on January 7 was delivered cold. I don't mean that it was slightly cooled because of the cold weather, but it was next day refrigerator leftovers cold. It was not delivered in an insulated pizza bag, the cheese had already hardened, and the crust was stiff and hard. If that delivery alone had been the basis, for my rating, I'd have left one star. This location normally delivers hot (or at least warm in cold weather). It was just cold and disappointing tonight. And there didn't seem to be any difference between the New York style pizza and the regular pizza we ordered, other than size, so I don't know what the hype was about that. Same crust, different size."

"I called sarpinos before my previous delivery to make sure that I was notified of my delivery because I was on my back terrace. they then called me again to the next delivery to let me know that they were in my residency; but I sat on my couch ready for a delivery in this time, and my phone was a distance to vibrate. that has shown me that the service of this restaurant is impeccable! to supplement the service, the Italian eat is amazing! on my previous order, my girlfriend got the cheese tortellini, and it was amazing!"

"The salads are good, but overpriced. The shareables are crazy overpriced; they should be enough for 3-4 people but barely provide enough dip for 2. $60 for 2 people to have salads, share 1 shareable, and 2 drinks (iced tea or soda) is stupid. It's not THAT good. The music seemed to be geared toward much older people as well, and the staff all seemed miserable."

"4:00 in the afternoon and the drive through line is not moving after 15 minutes. I parked and take my two children to the door to go inside…signs say the lobby is open but the doors are locked. The employees inside were standing around talking to each other and staring at us at the door but not acknowledging us or explaining what’s going on. I wouldn’t trust people like this to prepare my food when they can’t be bothered to get the basics right. This was not the first time our experience here has been subpar but it will be the last. The Taco Bells on 119th or 87th can get you taken care of, don’t waste your time on this one."
