"We got bushel crabs large. They were not good. I ask if full i wax told yes they r decent.Alot of light ones and didn't taste good. I am a crab eater. I only ate 4 and my gut hurt til next day. Steamed shrimp, got 5 lbs. Had a hell of a time peeling shell off. I guess overcooked. Spent $340 for bushel of crabs. Now I know why the shrimp were buy 4 lbs. Get 1 free. Horrible waste of money . Won't go back"

"Do not waste your time nor your money. Food was the worst. Calamari undercooked two of us got sick. Burgers are frozen burgers that were cold so not sure how they ask how you want them cooked when they are frozen and undercooked. Got only one of the entire parties orders correct. Drinks are not free refills. Thank goodness pancakes) they only got one refill but $4 for sprite $8 for appl juice. Ouch. Which all of this sucks because I remember as a young child going to the older Resturant location before they built this one. It was amazing back in the day. Our waiter even said the chef is a bad cook. Why tell the customers what we already know by eating there. Or not eating there. Never again. So embarrassed to have talked this place up and to take my children there to build the same memories I had as a child with my father. Memories all right. Upset stomach, poor service, undercooked food, frozen burgers. : only thing I mean the only thing that is good is the new restaurant is beautiful and looks inviting and welcoming. Too bad service and food are awful. So disappointed."

"I've dined several times at Rudy's and never got disappointed. Big portions, so there's always something you can take home for another meal. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Short waiting time for dinner. The restaurant is clean. Great menu selection including selection for those of us who do not eat red meat."

"My wife and I had dinner here yesterday. The service, cocktails and appetizer were 5 stars. The entrees were not so good. My rockfish and crab were overcooked, dry and cold. While my wife's sea bass was okay, it was also cold. I expected more for $131. We did leave our waiter a $25 tip, as he was very good. Note: While looking at the reviews, I noticed that the owner appears to be only replying to the positive reviews.???? Seems like they would also reply to the negative ones. The purpose of reviews is alert management of bad experiences, and hopefully address the concerns. It should be a learning experience and motivate then to improve their service.
