Im grateful for the call 1.5h after making the order to inform me the marinade is made with soy sauce and flour since that couldve have ruined my week. I took you up on your offer of fried rice with no beef in exchange for 5chf price reduction. So for 20chf i received boiled rice with oil and a single UNCOOKED, chopped carrot. Picture attached, my 20chf meal upon arrival. You guys are essentially robbing people blind at this stage. I have seen many of your review responses touting your Authentic Chinese Cuisine and Fresh Local Produce . This is disgraceful. The fact that you 're located at the centre of Zürich, boast exorbitant prices and have a beautifully decorated establishment is beyond absurd. I strongly recommend you try even just a little harder. Perhaps look up the term self-respect. A shame to China, Zürich and humanity as a whole. If youre still open to having reviewers over to see your handmade dumpling making process (as you offered reviewer Benjamin) I would like to volunteer myself full time just so you stop doing this to people."
