"The food was fine, but the customer service was absolutely terrible. We bought $25 worth of food in the drive thru and they wouldn't let my pregnant girlfriend use the bathroom because she hadn't purchased food inside. Make that make sense. They were extremely rude about it. It's a trash move to deny a paying customer the option to use the bathroom, but it's even more garbage to yell at her and be disrespectful about the situation as if she had done something wrong and asked for the world by requesting to use the bathroom. This place has no respect or compassion for anyone and would get less than a one star if possible. Absolute garbage customer service."

"There's a few ladies at the morning shift that use it as a romper room/daycare for their children. Which I understand the difficulties but there are many many many many other people working in the fast food industry that don't have a lot of money for childcare but aren't bringing the kids to work and putting them in the corner booth while they work. One of the said ladies is one of the meaner women that work there, very unfriendly. I'm sure corporate doesn't know or they would frown upon the exercise of child care at the workplace unsupervised."

"Stay away. Far away. Employees hanging out in a booth on their devices when I walked in with my 2 kids into an empty restaurant. This should have been the first sign. Lady employee toldme. She was ready to go home....mind it was 7pm and they close at 9pm. She then told me 1/2 off flautist plates, I ordered 2. After paying $23 for 2 plates and a drink, I sat down a attempted to eat. The flautas were soggy and not edible, beans were cold, not warm, cold. I took a bite of rice and there was a chewy chunk of who knows what. I had to ask one employee, who had hickies on her neck how much the flauta plates were,she said 10 something, but charged me $8, I told here that 8 wasn’t half of 10, she said, “it is for us.” Left all the food minus 4 awful bites. Please, don’t waste your time or money.."

"Highly Unsanitary Just went to dine in. My hubby and I got seated right in front of the kitchen. None of the kitchen employees were wearing gloves. I watched an employee reach over to grab one our plates and brushed his hand on the butter of my pancakes, lick his hand, and wipe it on his shirt. Then continued handling our food. We brought it up to our waiters attention, he took the food back and told us that they aren't required to wear gloves and that the employees don't touch our food. But the cooks aren't wearing gloves and are touching the food."
