"Edited for Response: Sometimes, less really is best. You 've gone on about things not mentioned, and I 'm not sure why you felt so bothered by a 4 out 5 star rating. It 's mostly compliments followed by here 's what I didn 't like, which was items being subbed at full cost with lower cost items for seemingly no reason. Nobody tried to call to get my approval, so weird thing to add in, and it also wasn 't written on the box. It wasn 't an order on a Saturday or a Sunday, so another weird thing to add in. I checked your website 2 hours after I picked the order up, and the items still weren 't out of stock so that was definitely a lot longer than the 30 minutes you 've stated it takes to update your website. Sometimes, accidents do happen like giving me regular glazed instead of tiger without crediting back the difference. I 'm going to leave my rating as it stands at a 4, even though the response seems a bit over the top and really makes me question it. In addition, sorry you don 't like that my name on Google is satire, but there was an order placed with my full name as well the card entered with my full name, so it 's kind of rude to respond saying and here 's my real name. Also, you know nothing about people or their lived experiences, so you just never know what may keep someone from listing their full name on every single last thing on the internet... it 's unlikely we 'll cross paths again, but take care.First review: First time trying this place, and overall, I 'm glad we did. We ordered several different things that will take days to eat. The few things we 've had so far tasted good (strawberry strudel, apple strudel and glazed filled). These are superior to krispy kreme. It 's nice to see the area has a better place to choose from for fresh doughnuts. I wasn 't thrilled to see that some of the items were subbed on our order for other things they chose. I went to the site to check if it showed they were out of stock, and it didn 't. So I didn 't like that we paid for some items, and they replaced it with other items, and some were lower costs, but I didn 't receive the credit back either.. So, either way, we would try them again in the future, but I don 't think I 'd place an online order again."

"UPDATE: Still such a great place! Perfect drinks and lovely baked goods. Had a pumpkin pecan scone today and it was delicious! So many great drink choices! Got my favorite, a latte, and it was great. The scones look delicious. Next time I'm getting one. The barista was friendly so it was a great way to start my day. Also anxious to try the curbside pickup. Such a great place!"

"2 stars just because we wait and get our food. the food was lukewarm, and left a very strange after the taste in our mouth. the service was, now we waited for it, is about everything I can say. the herren's room looked like it had not been cleaned in about a week (from the budding paper towels, literally on the floor.) was delighted to eat at a denny's. "I would like to say this: I never leave evaluations when I am annoyed because I understand that the things happen, but I will not go to this place anymore because they are going to happen every time I command. almost any order I get from them lacks a product or something is done wrong. that has happened for over a year, but I give them chance to fix their problems. Today was the most recent issue (forget to put the tub of cream cheese in an order with 3 bagels) and they can not reimburse me when I put my card in the load. I ordered the delivery because I? Why should I come in the load to spread germ? even if I have ordered online, how does that result? I know a when of cream cheese seems like a small mistake, but after treatment with them make mistakes for so long it was the last stray."

"This place is an experience. We knew we were some place special from the moment we walked in. We were lucky to have Charles as our waiter. He was attentive, entertaining, and a true part of the history of Mungo's. Some of the best toasted ravioli we have ever had. The house salad is unique and very delicious. We would definitely recommend the lasagna, tortellini, or three-way pasta, all were exceptional. Everyone needed a box for leftovers and while we didn't think we had room for dessert, it was my wife's birthday and they provided complimentary cheesecake, which we all shared, and it was fantastic!. Tony, the owner of mungo's, even stopped by our table personally to check on our experience. This is a first class experience that you do not want to miss."
