"I have never written a restaurant review ever, but if I could give this restaurant negative stars, I would. Absolutely RUN from this chipotle. I’ve been going here for a couple of years and I’ve never had a positive experience. Tonight topped it off when I had no chicken or cheese in my burrito bowl and also found a hair. That was after I waited 20 extra minutes for my pickup order. I called but no response. This is the worst managed Chipotle I’ve ever experienced and it should be closed."

"6 people from our office ordered lunch and only 1 order was correct. Customer service only offers a refund or a BOGO item so one person drove over to Chipotle to ask them to fix it, which actually frustrates me because I am pregnant at work and since every ingredient in my bowl was wrong (literally, all of them, it's not at all what I ordered) I'm just hungry and want to eat lunch. In addition, we paid $20 per person for 1 meal each for delivery and 2 people are left with nothing to eat and the third had to take time out of her workday to drive there to get it fixed herself.NO THANKS."

"This is my third time mall of america and my last time that ever comes to this chipotle. line was long and continued to be longer because they prioritize online orders. the personal was not the kindest. also everyone who knows that there is alot of people and it is hot. I literally sweated in the line waiting for order. I died for a cold drink. I pay for my drink, go to the fountain, and only two so I don't like. there wasn't even an egg output from the machine, if they only have two so that they shouldn't make that aware of the customers? also paper straws. I am not looking for plastic, but paper? it literally breaks down, I used it much earlier. I love chipotle and never had problems until I went to this place. I will definitely take myself to another place."
