"Absolutely shocking bad food. We couldn't eat the food, it was so bad, the manager was quite aggressive and made us pay for food we refused to eat because of the bad quality. This place cannot be called a restaurant of any description. The manager seemed to have been through this before and was not interested in hearing what was wrong, he thought the food was good enough, so we insisted that we pay for it even though we didn't eat it. We paid and left before things escalated to a point that can cost more than $117. This is not BS history, save yourself some pain and money and go somewhere else, the reviews for this place are misleading."

"Yum yum!. Went in on a Thursday night. It was quiet to start off with but soon filled up. We went to celebrate a friends birthday with a small group. We ordered the mix dips, potato salad (my new favourite food and carrot salad. For mains we went with the Rafissa (oh my gosh! So good! , the goat tagine. I've never eaten goat but it was amazing and so tender. We also had a mixed grill and a chicken couscous. We probably over estimated how much we were going to eat as we thought they would be smaller serves. They were pretty big and it was so good we had to take some away with us. "It's a thai resto but the taste was different to other thai resto. I like the design, casual and cozy but couldn't accommodate a big number of people. The staf are very friendly. But when I came there I felt the service are quite slow. It tooks 45min untill the main course came out. The cook couldn't manage their time to cook lots of dishes in a well time frame. The waitress seems prioritized uber eat order than dine-in customer. Yes, I saw they prepared foods in uber eat bags and men came to collect. The price is a bit over for the quantity and quality. Vegetarian springroll was standard, 3pcs for $9.8 and it's small. Thai fried chicken wasn't really good, I prefer kfc, tho the portion was big. Tom yum soup was okay but wasn't spicy and tasty enough compare to tom yum at regent or baan thai. Sarawak laksa wasn't really good as well. I think they have to be brave play with the spices. Hope in a future I came the taste would be better."

"Only person in store waiting to pick up phone ordered pizza's and ignored at counter for 5 plus minutes by 2 staff making pizza's.Politely asked them if I could be served and 1 of the staff replied yes and keeps working with no intention to serve.Eventually another staff member walks in followed by another customer. Staff member takes pizza's out of oven , calls other customers name and gives him pizza's and takes his payment.He then continues to take more pizza's out of the oven and I ask again if I can be served. Eventually I recieved my pizza's which had stored waiting for pick up the whole time and had been prepaid.Terrible service, particularly initial 2 staff totally ignoring customers."

"We came here for a friends birthday dinner. The food was absolutely fantastic, unlike anything else we've had before. Heaps of great vegan options and generous servings. Friendly service. Our infant son was tired and needed some quiet time, I was going to take him outside and instead the staff showed me to a closed area upstairs which was quiet and dark. Very thoughtful and accommodating and we'll definitely be back"
