"I have been to Brown Bears Cwmbran today and had spoken to two lovely ladies about my gluten intolerance issue and both of them listen me patiencely and helped me. I don't get this very often at other restaurants. Crays, Jane, Ever, Ella and Ievan all were so polite and helpful. Thanks for your kindness. I'll be back for sure"

"Whenever I visit this shop, they always have something new. I have had loose leaf tea, a rice mug, banana chips, fruit, oat milk, herbs, spices and cleaning supplies. They do have vegan options such as fruit, sweets, donuts and non dairy milks. It's a great way to reduce waste and even saves you money in the long run. They even have jars and pots on offer for free for you to use incase you don't have your own yet. Great way to save money during cozzie livs and help save the planet what a win win!"

"Twice I had dinner here and twice it wasn't quite right. I ordered both the vegan bbq burger, the first time I got the Asian veggie burger with BBQ-toppings and the second I got the vegan burger without the pulled soy-topping. neither the time has the personal said anything about it - that could have been a big problem at the first opportunity if I had allergies. I have the table menu elsewhere, the vegan burger is nice for cheap pub food. but here they don't seem to get it right."

"We were originally a large party of 9 with short notice (just a couple of hours) our group size become 16. The staff were very accommodating and were able to fit us all in. Also even without pre-ordering all food was lovely and arrived...promptly paying the bill even for a large group was well organised-Thank you for great customer service."

"From the minute we entered the hotel we felt welcomed. The reception staff were pleasant and very helpful as were all the staff we came in contact with.My cousin and I had used another spa on the way to the hotel as we had left it too late to book treatments. But we were told we could use all the spa facilities which were very good. Our room was a twin deluxe, it was very clean with good quality bedding and comfortable beds. The lounge bar meal was delicious and good value for money. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice all dietry requirements. We would definitely stay here again."
