"If you like to be surrounded by Cane Toads while you eat, this place is for you. Yes, Cane Toads. You would not know that looking at the front page of their website. They made it sound like it was a relaxing place. It is...far from that. We were given a table right on the edge of the Cane Toad course but were unable to be seated their due the people surrounding it. Thankfully we were able to get to another table.. The experience Microphone going with yelling and screaming for at least 30 minutes from the time we arrived. Then Cane Toads escaped the course. Now everyone involved were laughing and running around looking for them. I didn’t see one which was a relief. Ordered the Pizza at the ordering location and then went to get the drinks about 20 30 metres away which is ok. It is an outside restaurant which of course had a Cane Toad racing track. Ordered drinks but they had no water. They said I must go back to were I ordered the Pizza to get the water. Great service right. Disgusting. The Meal We both ordered Pizza which we hoped was going to be the saving grace of this place. The pizza looked ok but did it taste ok. The dough was just ok and if that was the only problem, then acceptable. The sauce was the main issue with it. It was just terrible and it did not give the pizza a chance of being any good. Overall, the worse food place I have ever been too and will definitely never go here again. This is from their website : Somewhere that offers world class food without breaking the bank, a place where friends can catch up over a pizza, and where locals and tourists alike can sit back and relax in a harmonious setting. Not our experience at all."

"On the 10/01/21 I did an online order and waited 3 hours outside with another person from the resort waiting with her child until closing time only to find out they were closed. I was disgusted by their services as on the website it said...it was open and they still took my money. After waiting for hours and calling the business immense amounts of times we had no dinner that night and our money was gone. I rang as soon as they opened and asked them for a refund or to have my order paid for tonight and they said there was nothing they could do for us that I had to ring head office and he never gave me a phone number. Today 11/01/21 I ordered 3 hours in advance to have my order delivered on time. When the delivery man showed up to my resort he said he had checked before he left to make sure everything was there and when we got back to our room we found that half our delivery wasn’t there and they had messed up on our deserts. When I rang back I was put on hold for 10 minutes and my friend rang them as well and they said that it would be out with the next delivery. Food came cold and soggy like it had been sitting for hours. Very disappointed, frustrated and disgusted with the business and service. And as soon as I received my 2nd order the chips were cold and not even a hand full size of chips not worth the $5. If you value your money I strongly recommend you do not order from here Will NEVER be ordering again"

"Order was due no later than 7:09pm after showing ready to deliver for over 30 minutes we rang only to be put on hold until it hung up tried calling back multiple times and either got hung up on or not answered at all when we did get through they told us it would be there soon when we questioned how cold it will be after being ready for so long we where assured it would be hot, but nearly and hour over due we are eating cold pizza and chicken meatballs. Not the first time we've received this sort of service from Domino's this is the same reason I stopped using them on the Gold Coast. Seems to be a national problem"
