"NOT 24HRS ???????? I came here with my husband because we wanted a late night burger. It says the drive thru is open 24hrs. It even had the open lights on. We drove there twice. The first time no one answered the speaker box. The second time afterdriving around we decided to try again. This time another car was there too. We finally get to the call box and a femaleanswered us with a greeting. We ordered and she never said anything else. So we drive up the the window and the other car wasalready gone. We are waiting at the window to see if we can order at the window or pick up our food if our order wentthrough. No one showed up, we were very disappointed. We were waiting for over 10 minutes at the Carls jr drive thru. We leftto a near by SONICS instead. The people working at SONICS were very attentive and friendly. Even at 1am."

"Easy experience is rude to employees. We ordered salads and they didn't tell us they had no clothes for them. When we got them, I asked for some who said they had none. I asked why they didn't tell us when we said we wanted a salad instead of telling us we had it. If that wasn't bad enough, the chicken was burned in the salad. We never come back to this place."
