"I went yesterday evening with my partner. We were seated in the booths around the bar and given a bartender as a waiter which we did not mind. After we were given our initial drinks and food, we were left alone for 20+ minutes. When he came back, he went ahead and asked if we needed any to go boxes. We asked for another sushi roll and sauce. I got my sauce quickly but soon, 20 minutes passed and no roll came out. We began thinking we were forgotten about, and we were right. Our waiter came by and placed down the bill, then walked away without saying a word. We were given no refill the entire night as well. The food that we did receive was great. The restaurant is beautiful. But the closing of our tab without asking, the assumption we needed to go boxes, and the fact we did not receive any refills or the other roll we asked for was very upsetting. We understand it was busy, however, we could’ve been given to another waiter who had the time to properly serve us."

"Our latest Pei Wei experience was a disappointment. Four of us visited the restaurant for an early dinner, Wednesday, October 10th, including my husband and two first time diners. A tip off about what was to come was our long wait time to place our orders and then once we sat down noticing the restaurant's filthy windows. While it has always bothered me that most of our Pei Wei order arrives at the same time, the cup of hot sour soup ordered by my husband and me was served cold. We sent them back for a hot cup of soup yet they returned to us barely tepid. We decided not to send them back again. One of our guests was kept waiting for his orange chicken dish to the point the rest of us had finished eating our order when it finally arrived! He asked for a carry out container so we could depart. Perhaps our experience would have been better if this Pei Wei location had more staff working during our shift. They seemed unusually unprepared to accommodate their evening diners. This visit was not a good experience for us or our first time guests. Although the two of us have eaten here many times even after one earlier bad experience and, more recently, following this location being shut down for several days by the county health department I'm not sure when we'll return."

"A bit pricey for a lunch buffet but the food was well worth it. Better than other Chinese buffets in the area They had a big selection and one of my lunch companions who doesn't like Chinese or Mongolian food loved being able to pick his own meat and season it. I will definitely go back."

"For the record, we frequent this Sonic about once a month, the food, service and atmosphere are usually good, which is why I gave it 3 stars. We arrived at 4:15, they were busy ordered 3 items, paid for on the red button. The screen prompted the food to be delivered. Ten minutes later we had no food yet. So, I hit the red button to make sure our order was not accidentally given to someone else. They told me they had only 2 hops to deliver. The food came, we pulled out and noticed that they had not put the ranch in our pocket, so I hit the red button. The participant answered and I asked if we had ran for our order. He didn't react. We waited another 10 minutes and met the red button again and another participant answered and I asked if we could have ranch. She reacted that they were from Ranch. I checked my reception to confirm that we ordered it. It was now 5:00, and the drink and other food items were consumed. So, I hit the red button again and asked if we could just get our money back on this product because it won't go to be eaten as they were from ranch. Another participant came and said they had 2 backpacks and she would bring one of them. She brought one and we left."

"We all got an assortment of items and hands down the sushi was the best. I'd definitely eat sushi here again any time. The place isn't super clean and isn't particularly high in great ambiance or environment, so that adds to my deduction of stars for this place. I think with just a little work, the place could be a lot more hospitable and inviting by changing the decor up a bit and removing stacks of sodas/storage items out in the dining room...and by taking chairs off the tops of the tables. I felt as though as an in store diner, I was a second thought. Poke bowl was very tasty....full of a lot of ingredients which was nice. Next time I'd ask for no iceberg lettuce.... Sushi rolls were super tasty and plump. Fried tofu was barely fried with no crunch at all...it was so tasty with the sauce ..although I really wish they had cooked just a tad longer...it would have been perfect. The think I really didn't enjoy though was all the styrofoam....I have never ever been to a dine in restaurant and been given a styrofoam cup with my pot of hot tea...and I've never been served sushi on a styrofoam tray! The teriyaki chicken was delicious, but again on styrofoam...just not appealing at all. In summary...tasty food, large menu.. boba drinks were fabulous, but price doesn't match being served on styrofoam....It felt like an overpriced fast food place instead of the counter service fast/casual dining I was expecting."
