"Be prepared to get INSULTED, Worst customer service experience on my recent visit. Been to this restaurant 2 times( 1 at old location and 1 at the new location) and this was my 3rd visit with few guests who were visiting me. For the experience and insult I faced, there will be no more visits. I paid the whole bill and my guests wanted to tip in cash outside of the bill. So I just paid the complete bill only with my tip through their new QR code online payment. While my guests were still finishing up Thai Tea , surprisingly the Male server (Tattoo Guy) came back with a printed bill and he literally threw the bill on the table saying the tip was not enough and he demanded more tip. He decided to barge in and insult everyone on the table as if the bill was not paid. Mister server guy: Learn the minimum manners required to do your job. Make sure you never approach your customer's table with such a rude arrogant behavior if you are working only to collect the tip. You can always ask whether the food and service was good and anything you can improve on, but never Demand and be arrogant in your line of business. I never pick on details of the food, but since I'm taking time to write this review, I will detail a bit on the food, which is worth sharing. The fried rice had huge clumps that seemed to be unmixed rice. You were generous enough to give only 1 napkin per customer. The Thai tea Bobba pearls were so hard and even my guest got choked. Parents please don't order the Bobba tea for kids to avoid choking hazard. If you are, ensure the pearls are chewy enough before giving to kids. I always supported local business and recommended such business to my friends and colleagues. Was glad to see this restaurant expanding with time but seems like the arrogance of the person has gone up with their growth as well. That guy completely ruined our view towards this business. I recommended this restaurant to my friends but not anymore, its not worth ruining your day. Hope he improves at least by seeing this review. This review is only based on my experience with the Male server and not any other servers in this business."

"Excellent delivery service from GrubHub! For the first time try Thai Food and I recommend before I order, check the recipes on YouTube. For me, Pad Thai was so sweet. I'm not a fan of sweet meals when I'm gonna eat dinner. But the dishes were visually attractive. Fresh vegetables! I loved soybean sprouts and green beans. Many carrots for my taste in chicken with vegetables, but better than the noodles. Not recommended for children. And serve small portions to your family because, you will feel the strong sweet taste when you eat a lot. We're 4, and we're not done with it. Very generous portions! That was great!"
