"Ordered a chicken tikka pathia, garlic naan bread, rice and pomps, I really don't understand what has happened here, the shahe was good, had an owner who had some pride in his restaurant and in the food, maybe he won't pay good money for a chef or has just lost interest?? last time I ordered here was 2 year's ago and I give it 1 star, today, I stupidly give it another go as my cousin said his meal was spot on from the week before, My rice was absolutely fine, my chicken tikka pathia was luke warm with a very strong vinegary taste, the curry had diced green peppers in there that was raw, I tried again, the sour taste (vinegar) was just to much, I binned it, the naan bread was very doughy, pops fine, Never again will I use this restaurant/takeaway, deserves the 3 star hygiene sticker that's displayed on the premises, Awful food."

"Ive neen going to.Frydays for thrir fish since they opened. I cant comment on other items from the massive menu as im more than happy with their fish chips. They're always coolef fresh to order and served steaming snd crispy. My only complaint, if it is a complaint at all, is that their jumbo cod is too big! It seems to be cooked for too long, resulting in a huge dry piece of cod coated in overcooked batter. Ive mentioned it a few times and persisted. But they never msnaged to get it quite rigjt for me I know such large fillets can be cooked to perfection because I often eat them when I pass a rival shop 100 miles away but my simple answer for Frydays is to order the next size down and enjoy the perfection!!"

"Great food and atmosphere. A very novel idea as you can order your favourite pasta and pizza dish as a half and half! Ridiculously reasonably priced food and drink too, with an authentic, rustic and Italian feel. The only complaint I'd have is that the queuing time was longer than usual, and there was no option to book. But a big queue is always a good sign!"

"One of our faves on the high street. We regularly go in on a Saturday night before going into town. The music is always good and they also sell my favourite rum now!! The staff are always happy and smiling too and look like there having fun"
