"I hate to do this but I feel obligated to. My family and I usually come here once or twice a month. It used to be good. The last two times we have gone it has been absolutely terrible. Poor service, and even worse management. We usually come in before it gets crazy busy (around 1-2PM). The last time we came in we asked to speak to a manager and no one ever came out. The time before, we asked to speak to a manager and were told we don't know where she is I don't think we will be coming here again. At least not for a while. It seems as though it may need an uprooting. The food is usually good. We have talked to managers in the past who have always accommodated us and everyone else around us. We no longer recognize anyone and it seems to make a huge difference"

"My husband and I visited Element 112 for the first time to celebrate our anniversary. We were greeted with a very friendly hostess. Everyone working seems very young and very energetic. All good things. Very professional. The food was delicious. They offer mocktails for those who don’t consume alcohol and they were decent. Would definitely recommend for a special occasion. They also sent us home with two croissants because it was our anniversary. Overall great experience ."
