"What in the world is with the horrid reviews?! My friend and I were visiting San Remo and we got hungry late at night. We saw that he was closing but we thought we would try to ring him. The owner said that he has closed up but offered to open again. I did not want to trouble him so I said no thank you.Then he called me back saying that he has refired his oven and opened the store and I know he did it just for us. His generous spirit and amazing work ethic made our hearts melt. The pizza was absolutely perfect best pizza ever. Those people who said otherwise can get a life! Probably looking for compensation!"

"My favourite place on Phillip Island. I visit Cape Woolamai quite a lot as I have family there and the opening of this place a year or so ago has been a real bonus. I've had several different meals (breakfasts and dinners) and they've all been very good. The vegetarian breakfast is particularly recommended. James Squire on tap, which is always good and very reasonable prices."

"Stopped here a late arvo for a beer and had the antipasto plate. Dip was beetroot and the flat bread appeared to be house made which was nice. Only a small amount of feta on the plate, could have used another cheese to compliment the other flavours. Only 2 semi dried tomatoes so they may as well have been left off the plate. Overall was good but probably wouldn't order again. We sat outside, view was nice and beer was cold."
