"Food was great. Staff was wonderful attentive. Restaurant was nicely decorated clean. I only gave it 4 stars because the hostess gave us the Brunch menu that had a Bloody Mary Bar on it that ended at 2pm. It was 2:15 I was not able to order from the brunch menu : Since it was our first time there, the manager gave us a small side of their pot roast nachos. They were excellent!"

"We got the philly steak burger , the burger was very bland the toppings were great. The salad bar was great, seemed paired down but I understand that. The waitress was great. I suggest the kitchen mop not be used in bathrooms. The floor was very sticky, at least not slippery. I love Ruby Tuesday just a few bumps in road this visit."

"Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I have worked in food service and sales for 15 years, and I can’t believe how I was treated. Our order was short missing a few sandwiches so we called and was told they couldn’t help us and to stop asking “retarded questions”. It’s sad because I used to come here all the time now I’ll let everyone know to never step foot in this pitiful establishment."
