"I'm surprised by some of the lower reviews on here. I've had two pizzas from Otto's (both times collection) and they were quick to make, hot, and delicious. This last time they even had to cook by torch due to an electrical fault that was being fixed and it was just as nice as last time."

"After a number of bad takeaways from a number of other restaurants, Saffron was really the last role of the dice for Indian food for us. We ordered 4 meals tonight and every single mouthful was delicious. The poppadoms were fresh and not greasy, naan breads packed full of flavour, the balti, Jaipur, Koulna and saag paneer were all excellent. There were fresh spices in the sauces and the veg and onions were fresh, not stewed all day like other restaurants seems to. The rice was again tasty and not greasy at all as were the onion bhajis. Very reasonable in price, my dad even commented that it can't be that good at these prices, but he was very wrong. We had a gamble on this takeaway and boy did it pay off! This will be our new go-to for Indian takeaways from now on!"

"Super service!. I traveled some distance to treat my long-awaited woman; the journey was worth it! we found out that the service from entering the facility was overwhelmingly fantastic. I am a big guy and even I found it difficult to finish my meal (at least I could not help grab some of my wife teller as it did not look good. we will return very soon with our friends. I've been seeing since that at robertos that someone named al' has left a review that I find totally the opposite of our experience, maybe al should take his wife on a return trip, I'm sure he doesn't dissapointed twice. "That is my first review in Great Britain. the restaurant was recommended by my wife. my view from the place can be very different as I will compare it with restaurants in india. there is no doubt that I would give for hygiene and ambiente 5. the staff was very friendly, but one of the lady didn't know much about the dishes. we had a mocktail thai sunset followed by the non veg and veg mixed starter selection. I felt the amount was too little for a person. then we had to order an additional veg spring rolls. our main course had sticky rice, drunken vegetarian noodles (recommended,) along with chicken spicy stir fry with holy basil aka pad krapow this is probably very spicy, but for my Indian taste it was not close to spicy or hot when u liked it. it's expensive as my review, but it's worth it once in a past the taste."

"We ordered from this restaurant on Saturday night Absolutely disgraceful service....we waited over hours for our meal to be delivered! We had already prepaid for this so had difficulty cancelling! Do not order from this restaurant. They are new to online ordering JustEat....having rang the restaurant myself the bloke on the other end of the phone was laughing and basically fobbed me off...the gentleman from JustEat took attempts to get through because they kept laughing and hanging up! Crap service and a disgusting way to run a business!!! Will definitely NOT be ordering from here again!!!!"
