"Came in today at 4PM to celebrate my birthday at my favorite sushi place but was disappointed with the service or lack thereof. Wish they didn’t close the Kent Station location..(always superb service there.. . We waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged after being seated and only after we complained that we haven’t been served. They weren’t even busy.. like 2 other tables and maybe 5 people at the bar. The table next to us who came 10 minutes after us was served first and we were completely ignored by the server. We just thought we had a different server. So we just left without eating. Won’t be going to this location again. Plus no AC during a 90 degree summer day. It was uncomfortably hot in there."

"I really enjoyed my sushi burrito experience. The staff is kind and the choices were plentiful and fresh. Honestly, this is a glorified poke bowl spot but I’m not mad at it. I did get a burrito because it was novel but upon return I’ll probably get a bowl as the burrito did not hold well together. I love to eat with my hands and get my hands messy, so I had fun with it but people like my dear husband, who do not like things falling apart, or messy would probably have had a heart attack. There is lots of other choices for restrictions of all types, and it’s located, conveniently in the food court by a bathroom near the movies.Parking: General mall parking lot"

"Love this place! We were walking by and decided to try it out. We got 1 chicken Pho and 1 of their new Dungeness Crab Pho.This place is amazing!!! You can pick out as much sides you want to add to the pho as well as sauces and chili oil!!The portion sizes are crazy big and well worth it! I got only half a crab and I was so full 1/2 though the dish.Staff is super friendly and very welcoming! They were checking up on us while we dinned in and even talked about the crab, it was an amazing visit.Dietary restrictions: We are diary free and there were many options for us here."

"We came on Saturday, it was busy night, long wait, understandable. the food was good. my brother and I didn't get our rolls, waited for half an hour, checked for the order. They thought we had our rolls, found out they served on a wrong table. it was a busy night, but a quick check that everyone got his orders would have been a better customer service. she apologised a couple times, I canceled my orders and asked for the check. I prefer to check food, but service is also what customers can get back more than eating. my nephew likes his command and my brother ate his spider roll after 30 minutes plus waiting, I ate pieces of other people order, they were good or I was hungry. eating is pricy."
